Do I need to be a member to make a reservation? Yes. All reservations and introductions are available exclusively to active members of Ivory Heritage Club. Membership ensures discretion, screening, and a shared standard of conduct — protecting both members and companions.
What is the difference between an introduction and an agency-led reservation? A private introduction allows members to liaise directly with a companion after Ivory has facilitated the connection.
An agency-led reservation means Ivory remains involved throughout — managing communication, logistics, timing, and discretion to ensure a seamless experience.

Does Ivory offer refunds? In alignment with our policies and the structure of a private membership model, we do not offer refunds for memberships, regardless of duration or usage. Your membership provides instant access / activation, and therefore is considered fully delivered at the point of purchase.
How do I cancel my membership? You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly. To prevent your next renewal, cancellation must be requested no later than 14 days before your renewal date. This ensures we are able to deactivate your membership in a timely and discreet manner.
Are companions independent or represented? All companions featured within The Ivory Selection are represented by Ivory Heritage Club.
