This guidance exists to support companions featured within The Ivory Selection, ensuring every reservation reflects professionalism, mutual respect, and a shared understanding of expectations. Our role as an agency is to create environments where companions feel supported, protected, and able to engage with confidence.
Hosting & Evenings
Overnight and extended reservations are designed to feel considered and unrushed.
When a reservation includes an evening, companions can expect to be hosted with courtesy and intention. Dinner at a restaurant is encouraged, creating space for connection, conversation, and a natural rhythm to the evening.
If a client prefers to remain within their accommodation, this is treated as consecutive private time and managed accordingly by the agency. In all circumstances, companions should expect thoughtful hospitality, including appropriate meals and a comfortable setting.
Ivory Heritage Club prioritises the wellbeing of companions at every stage of a reservation. Our team will not support arrangements that compromise comfort, safety, or professionalism.
Rest & Wellbeing
Extended reservations require balance.
Companions are entitled to a minimum period of uninterrupted rest during overnight bookings. Adequate sleep is essential to wellbeing, presence, and the quality of the experience.
Should rest not be respected, companions are supported by the agency in exercising their right to conclude the booking without penalty. Ivory Heritage Club will always stand behind companions in matters of health, safety, and professional boundaries.
Mornings & Departures
Mornings are approached with the same calm consideration as the evening before.
It is customary for clients to offer breakfast or refreshment. Whether accepted or declined is entirely at the companion’s discretion. Time is allowed for personal care and preparation before any continuation of the booking.
Departures should feel unhurried, courteous, and respectful — concluding the reservation with the same elegance with which it began.
Professional Boundaries
All companions represented by Ivory Heritage Club are expected to uphold the Club’s standards of discretion, presentation, and conduct.
This includes:
- Maintaining clear professional boundaries
- Respecting agreed timeframes and arrangements
- Communicating calmly and respectfully
- Aligning behaviour with the Ivory aesthetic, both privately and publicly
